Freewheels
Freewheels are machine parts that allow circular resp. torsional movements in one direction only.
The typical application is the starter motor or the bicycle hubs. Different designs for freewheels are known. The most important are the ratchet freewheel, roller freewheel and the sprag freewheel clutch.
