MARKING EXAMPLE: ZRO 12×18 ZB +3/-12
Marking of a cylinder roller with Dw = 12 mm roller diameter, Lw = 18 mm roller length, cylindrical- spherical profile, diameter variation +3 μm (+4 μm bis +2 μm), length variation -12 μm (-9 μm to -15 μm)
Cylindrical rollers are usually produced according DIN 5402 T1. This DIN-standard indicates dimensions and tolerances. Practice turned out, that the narrowing of these tolerances is advisable. Because of this, our cylindrical rollers excel the DIN requirements remarkably.
Various lateral surface profiles can be produced depending on the application.
The range of possibilities reaches from solely cylindrical to cylindrical-spherical up to a logarithmical profile.
We produce precise and cheap special sizes with deviant tolerances, even in small amounts, for example the reconditioning of cylindrical roller bearings or slewing bearings.
